Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, focusing on Linux and storage solutions.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing Linux and/or storage teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and shell scripting.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise storage technologies (SAN, NAS, distributed storage, and backups).
  • Familiarity with high-availability architecture, clustering, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience with virtualization, containerization, and cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, Kubernetes, AWS).
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).

Soft Skills:

  • Tools Expertise: Skilled in using monitoring tools (like Prometheus, Grafana), configuration management tools (like Ansible, Puppet, Chef), and version control systems (like Git).

Brief Overview:

 

The Cyber Command Center Technician will play a critical role in the Hosting department.   • The C3 Technician will support 24/7 operations including daily technical routines, performing system monitoring and alert responding, trouble ticketing, joining cyber security operations, critical situation management, and incident response

  • Ability to manage multiple projects spanning a range of geographic and international locations
  • Excellent understanding of the Information Security industry, including architecture, incident management and technical analysis of threats
  • Strong knowledge of all security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC1, SOC2, ITIL COBIT, etc). Experience with GDPR a plus
