Description
2+ year Software Support/Installation engineer who has a broad range of IT skills. Anything from Windows, Linux to Mac’s. Cloud technologies, Web Servers, Load Balancing, Web Servers, etc. They need someone who 50% of time will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for existing client base and 50% doing installation and onboarding for new clients. Client is looking for someone who is bright, pick up new things quickly and is self motivated and can communicate effectively with customers. Remote flexibility is available although they have an office in Midtown. Up to 140k cap + bonus- on call on week a month
