UX Design Lead

A fast growing profitable startup company is currently looking for a UX Design lead to join their team. This person will be spearheading a new project for this team and working closely with Product Managers and developers to design their next generation user interface. In a complex space, you will be responsible for simplifying and streamlining the process and workflow for getting things done.

The ideal candidate will be a senior UX Designer with extensive interactive experience working with complex workflows and hard to reach users. This person will have a background in user research, wireframing, and prototyping for B2B/ SaaS products. This role is very strategic hire and communication skills will be a key factor. Bachelors degree is required. Focus on Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design preferred.
