Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join their growing Professional Services team. Successful candidates will provide leadership in services to their customers in the following areas:

Application Development

  • Application development, customization, and configuration
  • Problem identification and troubleshooting
  • Provide input to future product development

Project Management

  • Solution development and delivery
  • Project scoping, planning, and risk assessment
  • Work on multiple, simultaneous projects

Demonstration and Training

  • Deliver product demonstrations
  • Customize application guides
  • Develop and deliver product training

Client Relationship

  • Creative problem solving
  • Solutions architecture
  • Technical support via email and phone
  • Create and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills:

  • BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 4-10 years software development experience
  • Professional experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven leadership on a software team
  • Strong analytical and software design skills
  • Experience with:
    • SQL and database concepts
    • Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Perl
    • Reporting applications
    • Web-based application environments
  • Excellent written, verbal skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Track record of on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated attention to detail/focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong desire to work in a customer-facing role
