60 person Electronic Exchange in the Fixed Income/Credit Market is actively looking for a Tech Lead to mentor 4 Senior Developers. 90% Hands on, 10% mentoring, code reviews etc. Candidate should have 7+ years experience and has worked in a real time trading environment.

Large partnership signed and need to scale platform to be able to handle the volume. Approximately 50k concurrent transactions per second and latency is 5 milliseconds.

Process:

1st Intro call

2nd – meet the team & coding test- 2-2.5 hours

Offers after 2 rounds.

Up to 250k on Base + bonus/RSU’s

Could get close to 375k all in for “right candidate” depending on skills.
