Director of Frontend Development

My client is a leading media company with a 100+ brands headquartered in midtown Manhattan with many branches of business. They are looking for a Director of Frontend Development to build and maintain one of their entertainment publishing website’s that is updated daily with fresh submittals from writers and users. This is a hands on role in a startup environment with an established company.

They are looking for candidates that have 4+ years of development experience. Excel in HTML 5, CSS 3, and JS. Have been exposed or understand PHP5. Qualified Candidates must have been a team lead or have management experience. BSCS or equivalent required.

This candidate will be working parallel to the Director of BE Development and reporting directly to the CTO. The right candidate must be able to communicate effectively in order to give directions and assign tasks to developers. Salary can go up to $130K.
