Big Data Engineer- Python/Java/Hadoop

My client is a data-driven software company looking for a senior big data engineer to join their fast growing team. Currently they are collecting data from hundreds of millions of users across tens of thousands of sites and need this person to help take them to the next level.

As a big data engineer on their team, you will be working closely with product and engineering teams throughout the organization to design tools, techniques and pipelines that scale to billions of events per day. You will be well-versed in data-centric open-source projects and follow data development best practices.In addition to having worked with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Impala, the ideal candidate will be experienced in Python, Java, and/or Scala.
