Senior Front End Engineer for Fast Growing Start Up

My client is a fast growing, profitable, established start-up company looking for a senior front end engineer to help them build out a new, high traffic, product. You will be working on a small nimble team of 4, collaborating with a UX designer and 2 other senior back end developers to build out the product. You should be self-motivated since you will be spearheading the front end efforts and helping to choose the technology stack that will be used on the team.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery are required. The back end is built in Ruby on Rails and any interest in getting your hands dirty with ruby is encouraged but not required. As the most senior front end developer on the team your daily responsibilities will consist mostly of hands on coding as well as setting the standard practices. A good eye for graphics and basic knowledge of UI tools such as Photoshop would be a plus.
