Description
A major advertising and PR firm located here in midtown Manhattan is looking for a talented senior data engineer with at least 5-7 years of professional experience.
Candidate requirements:
-2 years of experience with scala
-2 years of Spark experience
-python scripting experience
– Knowledge of Big Data Architectures: Hive/Hadoop, Redis, etc.
-mastery of building out ETL pipelines
-familiarity with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, Kinesis.
– topical understanding of data science concepts (ML)
-Unfortunately, this company cannot take on visas right now (No H1-B)
